Privacy Policy

NextJen Studios. Effective October 26, 2026.

This policy explains what NextJen Studios collects when you use nextjenstudios.com, theaviatorstv.carrd.co (which will redirect to theaviators.tv), latr-test.carrd.co (Live at the Rock) and the NextJen Studios contact page at vfg.nextjenstudios.com ("our sites"), what we do with it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

What you give us. If you fill out a form on our contact page or email us, we receive your first name, email address, website or social page (optional), which NextJen Studios properties you are interested in, and the message you write. If you ask for a media kit, rate card or sponsorship information, we also record that request.

What our tools record automatically. Like most websites, our hosting platforms record technical details when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the date and time. When you open or click links in an email from us, our email tools may record that activity so we know which materials were useful. Cookies are covered in our Cookie Policy.

Analytics, cookies and what we do not collect. We do not run advertising trackers. Our contact page uses Cloudflare's web analytics to count visits and Cloudflare's bot-protection check on the form, and our platform sets a visitor identifier cookie so it can recognize returning visitors and match a form submission to a contact record. We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or health information. We do not send text messages.

How we use it

  • To answer your questions and follow up on partnership, sponsorship or media requests.
  • To send business emails about NextJen Studios programs and opportunities, only to people we believe may have a professional interest, with a working unsubscribe link in every message.
  • To keep our sites secure and working, and to understand which materials are being requested.
  • To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Email

Emails may come from NextJen Studios or from one of our subsidiaries or affiliated companies, and may use a sender name or email address from one of their domains. Every marketing email includes our identity, a physical mailing address and an unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe or tell us to stop, we honor it promptly, within 10 business days at the latest.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who help us run our business, and with our subsidiaries and affiliated companies, who use it only for the purposes in this policy. We share only what is needed to do that work:

  • Funnel Gorgeous (a HighLevel platform), which hosts our contact page, forms and email tools.
  • Carrd, which hosts some of our pages.
  • Email delivery: Funnel Gorgeous (the same platform named above).
  • Cloudflare, which provides security, bot protection and web analytics for our pages.
  • Google, which provides fonts that load on some pages and plays embedded YouTube videos (see below).

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect people or our rights, or in a sale or reorganization of the business.

Videos, fonts and links to other sites

Some pages embed YouTube videos in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which asks YouTube not to store information about your visit unless you play the video. Some pages load fonts from Google, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and your IP address is visible to Google. Our pages also link to social media and partner sites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and email records until you ask us to delete them. We do not set an automatic deletion date. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so within 45 days, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of emails at any time. Write to [email protected] or use our contact page. We confirm your request promptly and complete it within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request. We may need to confirm it is you before acting.

California residents. In the past 12 months we collected identifiers (name, email, IP address), business contact and inquiry information, and internet activity (pages viewed, email opens and clicks) directly from you and from our website and email tools. We use them for the purposes above. We have not sold or shared personal information. You may ask what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us not to sell or share it. You may use an authorized agent.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. We process your information because you asked us to (your inquiry) and because it is in our legitimate interest to run a business and respond to professional contacts. Your information is stored and processed in the United States. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

Children

Our sites are for adults and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.

Security

We rely on the security features of our platform providers, and our pages use secure connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Questions? Contact NextJen Studios, 525 West 20th Avenue, Oshkosh, WI 54902, [email protected].
